Many centuries ago, there were no service of ICT. Therefore, our ancestors created many types of traditional games with their creative minds. Traditional games are cheap and easy play. Tug of war, Chinlone, Gasing and more are the examples of traditional games. How do traditional games form interaction between players? Tug of war is a good example to show teamwork and sportsmanship between the players. To defeat the opponents, they need to together pull the rope in the same time so that it can form greater strength. We can make new friends and learn moral values like never give up and cooperate between each other. Unfortunately, based on the Agency of Healthcare Research, many people addicted on playing computer games. Hours of playing computer games is harmful to humans. It causes neck, back and muscles numb or pain due to lack of moving. The radiation from the computer also kills our body's cells and may affect the structure of DNA that brings us to cancer. Playing computer games alone makes your societies bad so why not play traditional game at outdoor to make new friends? Some traditional games also make people sweat that can release toxins from body. In conclusion, traditional games create a healthy lifestyle for us and we should retain this culture forever. I also believe traditional games make peoples and nations unite. The bonds are never broken.

This game is a very nerve-racking game because it makes you feel the adrenaline rush running from your body , this game is played as a team of course! Teams are very important when playing a game, because cooperation will be tested and it enhances your interaction to one player and another. It enhances your physical strength in the legs because you get to run while using the "karang" (Coconut shells tied with buri leaves) and trains your mind to be active because this game is like a race between teams but it is played on a relay, whoever finishes the game first wins!
